To create openings in hard surfaces/walls or even core, Diamond drilling is the ideal practice as it creates precise outcomes (holes/drills) compared with any other.
We offer our diamond drilling services in various forms of drills such as horizontal, vertical and inverted depending on the job and these provide flexibility in usage even in the very confined areas. In addition to these, one can go deeper depths by extending barrels.
We assure clean and accurate cuts on any surface which may include glass, metals. All our drills have water feed system by means of a shaft enabling the dust free environment. Fast and clean side holes can be achieved with the dimensions range of 6mm to 2mts where as it is 500mm for dry drills. Dry drills are usually used for retrospections in the mechanical and electrical services.
As diamond drills can’t go beyond 1500mm, stitch drill comes into play. Moreover, stitch drilling can perform the task in any conditions of working area with the flexibility to cut openings of any area without any difficulty. For this type, we use the mechanism of series of overlapping core holes
Practice of Diamond drilling is the most productive in the following areas of work:
- Piping related works
- Laying telephone wires
- Shafts for ventilation
Varying diamond drilling depths can be achieved using barrel extensions. Cuts are accurate leaving clean sided holes.
All diamond drills have a water feed through the driving shaft ensuring a dust free environment.
Quick, clean sided holes can be achieved from 6mm to 2 meters with diamond drilling.
Trafalgar Construction are capable of dry drilling holes up to a maximum width of 500mm. This is particularly beneficial when making retrospective plans for mechanical and electrical services.
Diamond Drilling provides efficient methods for:
- Mechanical & electrical services
- Telephone cables
- Heating and pipework conduits
- Shafts for ventilation (including air conditioning)
We have a number of horizontal, vertical and inverted diamond drills (for confined spaces) to suit practically any job.
Trafalgar Construction offer stitch drilling – the use of a series of overlapping core holes to form openings in walls and floors.
Stitch drilling gives the ability to cut an unlimited size of opening or shape through any thickness of wall or floor.
